Chicken Boneless Leg Piece


  • Chicken leg pieces (boneless): 500g
  • Onion: 2, finely chopped
  • Tomato: 2, finely chopped
  • Green chilies: 2-3, slit
  • Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tablespoons
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Garam masala powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Curry leaves: a handful
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil: 3-4 tablespoons
  • Fresh coriander leaves: for garnish


  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become a paste.
  • Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add the chicken leg pieces (boneless) to the masala mixture and coat them well.
  • Pour coconut milk into the pan and mix well. Cover and cook until the chicken is tender.
  • Sprinkle garam masala powder and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
