Chicken Lollipops


  • Chicken lollipops: 500g
  • Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tablespoons
  • Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Cornflour: 2 tablespoons
  • All-purpose flour (maida): 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Fresh coriander leaves: for garnish
  • Lemon wedges: for serving


  • In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cornflour, all-purpose flour, and salt to make a marinade.
  • Coat the chicken lollipops with the marinade mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Heat oil in a pan for frying. Once hot, add the marinated chicken lollipops and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the fried chicken lollipops from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
